WHAT AM I TO DO? (The boy, the thief and the scientist)

What am I to do? I'm a boy who needs some help
I know a thing or two, but I'm not that practical 'cause
I have found a formula to make a man grow strong
But I lack ingredients to help it move along
What am I to do? There's a thief who wants my plans and
I don't have a clue. What am I to do?

You don't know this thief is hiding in the dark
Your formula will make me very rich
I'm coming to get it
Coming to steal it out of your hands

What am I to do? Need to find some oxygen and
Heat and water too. Where can I get all these things?
My uncle is a scientist, I can get them from his shelf
Then apply the formula and test it on myself
What am I to do? I think I should call him up
Say uncle, how are you? And ask him what to do.

(instrumental key change with telephone ringing)

(scientist)
Hello nephew, I know where you can get your
Oxygen from air and heat from the Sun
Where there's water in the lakes and the rivers
Visit the country and your search is done

(thief)
I believe your uncle's plan is foolish
If you go, you'll leave your formula behind
I'm going to find it
Going to steal those plans for myself

(boy)
I know what to do. I have travelled to the country
Where the air is pure, and the sun shines oh so brightly
I'm down by the river where the water runs so fast
Growing stronger by the minute knowing it will last
I have thought it through; formula is in my pocket
Now I am so sure. I know what to do

(thief)
Drat! It seems you took the formula away
And now you're strong enough to fight me
I've decided to quit now
Going to steal from somebody else
