Backstory:

I feel this is a close to finished demo, my co-writer feels it is done. I really want to get this to the point of being pitchable. 

...Below is a 2nd lyric. I re-wrote lyric due to comments made on various sites, such as Muses Muse and Just Plain Folks. We also had this reviewed by Donna Valentine in a peer feedback a couple of months ago. 

My co-writer prefers the original version as performed. 

I felt I would get another opinion from you Alan. I really agree with Donna on the changes needed, and if you do as well, perhaps it will help sway my co-writer more, or if you feel it can fly this way, then I will drop it. 

On 2nd version, (below) it would go to the basic same melody but the chorus is shorter, took out the line To have my say, changed the story line in last two verses to show what happened in the relationship to make it falter. Please advise on this. Thanks so much!!
