Backstory:

Chicago's wind is called "Hawkins," or "The Hawk." Chicago is a vibrant town, the home of urban blues.  In winter the hawk swoops down, but the warmth of the city and Chicago people will keep you warm.  This Round The Globe song was co-written by Clare Steffen (USA) and Raul Barba (Argentina).
