This special word is a remnant from the Scotch-Irish immigrants who settled in Appalachia. In 1979, June Carter wrote her book, Among My Klediments, in which she shares memories from her childhood, and stories of her celebrated musical family. Vocals by Sandi Kight, Music & Music Production by William Sherry. and Lyrics by Clare Steffen.
